What is Pilates?

Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.  Suitable for all abilities.

I am a Fully Qualified teacher with over 25 years experience in  teaching.

Pilates Classes
Classes are termly and usually are between 10-12 weeks per term
1-2-1 Sessions
Can be booked anytime and I would always recommend a few of these sessions before embarking on a class to get the most out of the sessions.

Class Timetable

Pilates:

Monday 9 - 9.45 am on Zoom

Monday 7 - 7.45 pm pilates for strength

Wednesday 7 - 7.55 pm

Friday 9 - 9.45 am

Saturday 9 - 9.45 am

Contact me to reserve a space.  Participants can start part way through the term if there are spaces and if they have some Pilates experience or have taken some 1-2-1 sessions.  New Terms start January, April and September.
