So we all know we should do some form of exercise a few times a week - and here are some of the reasons why - it really does make you feel better, i like to do mine in the morning to set me up for the day.  Exercise improves our mood and and gives us an energy boost, promotes better sleep and can be fun and social!!  What are you waiting for.
