NEW CLASS - MONDAYS 7.15 - 8 PM

Do you need some motivation to get you back on track? Do you know what you should be doing but don't do it? Do you need some 'Me time'. This is the class for you. The class will have a short talk on an aspect of wellbeing/nutrition followed by gentle stretching and a relaxation.
