Have you tried it? I often use this instead of potato’s - roasted or mashed are my favourite ways to eat it. Apart from being delicious it has a lower calorie count than a potato - 100g celeriac has 42 kcal compared to 77 kcal for potato Some of the Benefits include -

-Maintains a healthy digestive system.

-Helps in fighting off free radicals.

-Assists in energy production and storage.

-Reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
